A Calorie is a measure of energy and is found in food and if you didn't have calories you wouldn't have energy

Calorie-a quantity of food that relates too energy, it's importance is it provides you with energy and if you eat a lot of calories and sit on the coach you will gain weight but if you don't eat enough calories and workout all the time you will get too skinny and won't have any energy

Calories have energy in them but too many of them are bad! So in a way, if you eat too many it's bad and eating too little is bad!

calories is a unit used to measure the amont of energy produced which is very important or else you wil be out of dont waste watching tv go outside be fit due whatever but dont gain calories or wieght.
