you need water every day to stay alive it helps you move and get going
you dont want to be dyhidrated because it is very painfull and you have a greater risk of death
about 2 bottles of water are required to drink a day

how much water you should drink varys, it depends on how much excersise you have. The average intake is 4-6 glasses a day. We must drink water because:
1. a person can live longer with water than food
2.water flushes out bacteria that can cause disease
3.keeps you hydrated and prevents headaches
