Aerobic is an organism needing the presence of oxygen and an example is a swimming. Anaerobic excersises rely on blood sugar to generate power and energy and an example is weightlifting.

Aerobics is an exercise that is energetic enough and vigorous, it lasts long enough and is done regularly to keep your heart and lungs in good condition, some examples are cycling, jogging, and swimming. An anaerobic is "without oxygen" an example is building muscles or weightlifting.

Using the same large muscle group, rhythmically, for a period of 15 to 20 minutes or longer while maintaining 60-80% of your maximum heart rate. ex. Soccer Pratice 9/13/2012 09:09:33 am
Aerobic uses a lot of air .For example , like running. Anaerobic is strength and does not use a lot of air.For example , like lifting weights.
