- It will replinish any lost salt from exersise
- It will keep you movin and not slumped over

umm I think you need to consume water on a daily basics because it can help with your energy and it can also help because you need to drink somthing thats going to be good for you then rather very bad for you so drink water instead of coke or something.What i think of how much water you need daily is probly 2 or 4 bottles i love water and gator aid so i like to drink 6 to 4 bottles a day but i also love to drinka lot of gater aid:)

You need to drink water daily because that and food is what your body runs on. you also need to drink water daily because over 75% of your body is water and if you dont drink water, than your water level can increase. causing you to be tired, sick, and shakey. you should drink at least a gallon of water a day.
