on monday for breakfast i ate a bagel with some cream cheese then for lunch i ate some fried chicken and then for dinner i went to T.G.I. Fridays and had some chicken fingers and a salad.now, i think all that would add up to maybe be close to 1,000 calories.

2,000 calories for an active eleven year old girl. If not active about 1,800. I ate aunt jemimia original pancakes (2 servings) and I drank carnation instant breakfast(1 serving). For lunch I ate yoplait yogurt whips orange creme(1 serving). When I came home from the bus stop I had a snack and the snack I ate was pizza goldfish(2 servings). Then for diner I had 4 2/3 of pork lo mein. I didnt know that I ate 1997 calories.

I should probably eat around 1,500-2,000 depending on how active I will be.

So today I had about 755 calories. I did have snacks in between lunch and dinner and they would have risen the amount.
