You should atleast have 3 cups of water a day.

We should consume water daily because we don't want to dehydrate or even have a heat stroke. With water in digestion it serves as a solvent to break down large compounds into smaller ones. Water is also a transporter of nutrients, waste products, blood, and materials within cells. We should drink at least 48oz. a day.

We need water on a daily basis to stay hydreyted,healthy,& to keep you going. For a boy 3 liters & for a girl 2.2 liters!
