Circuit training is A method of resistance or weight training that maximizes exercise by the raising of cardiovascular muscles. Cardiovascular and weight training is a way of cross training. The exerciser also maximizes muscles through resistance. The exerciser burns high amounts of calories during the high exertion periods of his/her sets.

2.It provides both the strength training as well as the benefits of aerobics exercise.
3.Your heart rate is increased and maintained at this increased level. This helps a lot in weight loss.

2) It tests your bodies stamina of how long you can continually do it.
