Building your arm muscles by push-ups, dips, pingpong. Building your abs by sit-ups. Last would be your legs from volleyball (the moving around), jump rope (jumping with your legs) and basketball (from moving around). I did not use a source.

You can build your legs by jumping rope, basketball, and volleyball. You can build your abs area by doing crunches. Lastly you can build your arm strength by doing pull ups, push ups, and the bands.
