A normal person my age should be eating at least 1,800 to 2,000 calories a day. Today I ate chocolate frosted mini wheat cereal, breaded chicken, rice, green beans, mash potatoes, and nachos.
Breakfast:190 calories
Lunch:1458 calories
Dinner:462
