This is a question that most of us ask, perhaps due to the fact that there are varied answers to the same question. Well, the number of calories that people consume each day differs. An appropriate calorie intake will depend on several factors such as lifestyle, sex, height, age and size.
With numerous studies into the number of calories that we consume each day, results indicate that even seemingly trivial issues such as the manner of eating will go a long way in influencing the amount of calories that the body retains. For instance, quick facts indicate that the longer you chew food, the higher the number of calories that the body is likely to retain.
